It is a difficult subject, but if friendship is such a priority in this game why wouldnt friendship be taken that one step further, many a time would Kyle send a letter saying he heard a song and thought of me, that sounds pretty human to me.

Please let me know your views on the subject and let me know if more personal relationships or even the possibility of room mates is an aspect that could be added into this game? I believe that the game should allow each villager to be their own. Sometimes the personality doesn't line up with the characters because of the very repetitive communication. Two villagers can have opposite personalities but when speaking to them they have the same conversation, the only time they can be different in terms of likes or opinions its when they speak to each other.

I feel like there's times where all my villagers interact the same eliminating any real personality that character might have. Friendships just feel like a task so that villager won't leave, there isn't a special bond between each villager and ones character. I fine with there not being any romantic evolvement, but when friendships feel meaningless than why even try to grow that relationship.
I wish each character was unique not just in who they are but how they act with others or ones character. I understand, in real life relationships are complex and that it would take the purpose from the game; being able to live a magical town with human-like animals. I don't want the game to become another harvest moon, I honestly don't like them. But that's not the point, what I wish is for more individuality with villagers.
A way of telling how high that friendship is, be it the way they talk with you or other villagers, the things they ask for or activities they perform.
This is a touchy subject mind you but no Japan is not pro same sex stuff, and there's not need for it in this game. It's not a dating sim, and I don't think it should ever turn into one. Would be nice if there were more advantages to having villagers become friends with you though and maybe add more levels of friendship. I have developed feelings for Kyle: P he was a random amiibo card I spawned into my game but I definitely put the most effort into him: P damn these fictional characters tugging on our heart strings!

Even the ones that are too young to date. I think if this became a dating stimulation type game, and a child got caught in that type of situation where a villager had feelings for them, they would probably be awkward, possibly embarrassed. Besides, this isn't a dating game, even though it is kind of a lifestyle thing. Same sex stuff, well not in Japan. Anyways no I don't think it should become a dating stimulation because then it would probably be more about that.

A wild ToastLover appears! You're better off looking for Magician's Quest for that. Hi, I'm an official FE: That would be bestiality Yea, but it's a cartoony game.
That would be bestiality Well, if we go off of the first AC, our 'ancestors' had horns of some kind. So we're part-animal, or at least non-human. The official nothing of no boards.

I don't know, my character seemed to have something going on with Felicity for a while there. She wrote me a letter saying we should get dressed up, just the two of us, and go out one night. She'd also buy two of an item, so we both had one. Seemed like a relationship in everything but name.
Nintendo, I love you. Now please give me a new 2D Metroid game. You could get somewhat intimate in WW where basically they start "coming over for visits" and where they start to "enjoy the discussions you have" but it stops there. And they're different than just the, "hey I haven't seen your house.
