The holder holds the tissue by sliding the tissue over a small thin rod thru the center of the roll of tissue. These do not have a hole in the center. The center is solid. Second, the tissue is so thin you have to tear layers in piceses to get to a full sheet width to use. Very unhappy with this product. Sorry I bought it. Oh, it was delivered very quickly. In order to take care of business, there needs to be a lot more used. This would be alright for a business, but not for every day home use.
