Puck knows that Finn has a crush on Rachel, but his feelings came in when they were already dating so Puck doesn't feel any remorse for that. He just doesn't want to cause any drama for Rachel, especially when FInn came into the locker room one day talking about how good Rachel looked in that short skirt. Rachel was scared about he would take the news she was keeping from him. She was still processing it herself but she knew she had to tell him soon. Puck didn't mind if they came out to everyone. He just didn't want to deal with the aftermath. Before Puck can say anything , Rachel pecks him on the mouth and leaves the closet and heads off to class, leaving him shocked at her words.
After picking Rachel up and getting a table at Breadsticks, Puck was seriously fetting worried.
Rachel had barely said two words to him since he picked her up. Puck doesn't know what to think. He really didn't see this one coming. He seriously thought that she wanted to come out to everyone Are we keeping the baby? I mean we haven't even come out to everyone else yet and when we do they will find out by the announcement that I'm pregnant. Puck shrugged when Finn looked at him, he couldn't very well tell Finn that he gave in because Rachel was closing her Berry Shop to him if he didn't date her because admitting that would make Puck pussy whipped and he was no Finn. Finn looked a little wary but then gave in, since he obviously looked like he had been dying to talk to someone.
The boy couldn't keep a secret to save his life. Puck didn't know why Finn couldn't do what all other men did; hide his feelings behind macho bravado and inflated ego. Finn may be dumbass enough to believe the hot tub story Quinn spun for him but Rachel sure wasn't.

With an empty pizza box on the coffee table, Puck and Rachel sat on her couch as the credits of the movie they just finished rolled on the screen. She turned to him and looked at him with wide eyes that reminded him of a deer caught in the headlights.
He watched as his girl sang with his guitar playing in the background. He really didn't see a problem, she sounded great. The song came to an end and he watched as Rachel closed in on the camera, her body in front of the lens as she leaned over to turn it off. Only it didn't turn off, instead, her whole body came into focus again and he could hear himself complimenting her as he too came into the frame. He watched the video knowing what was coming but still enthralled by the picture.
He watched as they kissed and his hands slipped down to her bottom. He could hear their heavy breathing, their moans as he picked her up.
