Acceptable age range for dating

What age range is acceptable for dating? My friend is dating a 17 year old. Im no judge but id like to know what you guys think is acceptable. According to this rule, it would not be creepy for a 30 year old to date a 22 year-old, but an 18 year-old would be off-limits. The equation breaks down when you are younger.

I don't really think a 19 year old dating a 17 year old is that weird, especially if she is older than the age of consent.

As long as your legal age of consent 17 is in most US states then any age is acceptable to me. I'm married to a guy whos 30 years older than I am, we've been together 10 years and married for 8. Love isn't always so black and white. I would say that it would be fine if it was 15 and After you're both no longer teens, age ranges don't matter.
