They have checked my computer out very closely. There have always been phantom shots and missed kills ever since I started with this game but, not like this. The problems have increased dramatically since the last update. I am not saying the update is the problem but something has definitely changed. In my opinion Match maker is broken to have so many lopsided battles. Since I have started showing the numbers in my clan chats many of my clan members are seeing the same things although not as severe.
I am spending good hard cash to play this game and I am not going to keep buying premium time or all the other little things that I use in the game for what I see to be one problem after another. I like this game a lot and I try not to complain but, I am at the end of my patience. Thanks for the opportunity to voice my concerns. I have continued my wr plunge and have now fallen from I like to play all tiers and maybe the latest low tier map restrictions have contributed to this as well.
My replies from Support have done nothing to bolster my confidence that this issue will get resolution.

My deputy quit a while back over similar issues and maybe it is the only avenue left for me. Cant see going thru all this aggravation for a game. Select any player with a high Winrate, you will see a disastrous drop-off in their 30 day Winrate average against their Lifetime average!!!
How can this be, well I have been tracking MM match-ups for my last battles and these are the MM numbers I have found. Mind you this is just my last battles and it took some time to collect this data after every battle. Please justify this Wargaming! I want to hear the puke that anyone can state that could justify this matchup is even close to being a fair or close to fair match!
Okay, it's absolutely rediculous what Wargaming is doing. We had 3 blanks. Where in any situation is this match conceivably fair! Toon 16K battles Wargaming is absolutely ruining this game for people! I thought I was just on a bad luck streak.

I have seen games where at a glance, it seems like one team is stronger, and have them get wiped out, and visa versa.

Personally I would rather play in a match that is close but not exact, rather than wait eons to get in the next match. That's one of the give and take portions of the equation, how long do you want to wait for that exact lineup. Platoons are also an issue. There is an example above a tier 9 platoon of 5 being placed into a game where the rest of the team is tier Well, being in a platoon also has the benefit of being a cohesive fighting force, so there is a bonus as far as I'm concerned.
All in all, I've found the matchmaking to be close enough to enjoy them game, as do most people I think, save for a vocal minority who come to these boards to whinge about it. Platoon Matchmaking Problem
The platoon matchmaking is the biggest issue, particularly man platoons. Too often a tier 8 platoon is "balanced" by a tier 10 platoon. MM on steroid RNG just deal with it nope it is a thing and it is real. Yes I get annoyed at MM but I don't want them to do anything that would make que times longer. I already get annoyed at a 1 minute que time.

It follows that when good players are playing good players their win rates will start to fall. Unless they introduce a separate game type where players voluntarily choose to play and everyone starts from scratch stats wise and that is very important. Stats in randoms should count for nothing and really should not be recorded and only in the skilled system should stats be recorded. Once the system developed then it would be a proper skilled match making, BUT this will not attract the majority of the player base and it is this majority, who WG must focus on.
Everybody hates a reroll. The other problem would be the exponential expansion in time waiting for games to start as the better the player the longer they would have to wait as statistically there are fewer of them. The same would be true at the other side of the scale bad players would have to wait longer for more bots to sign on. We need leagues, i dont want to play with tomatoes that don't understand the game.
I am not - MM is complicated code. You are simplifying things. If game is in battletier 11 and other 10 guys are tomatoes while enemy team have 10 bluenicums, 5 x IS7 guys may be in trouble.
