Saying that, he also details a bunch of simple "techniques" to be applied according to the individual's needs, but really it's the "big picture" concepts that really stand out.
Even now that I'm in a relationship I still refer to the ideas in this book from time to time as a reminder of sorts. Rival company RSD have excellent YouTube videos that go much deeper into a lot of this stuff but its funny how the more detail gets turned over, the more the basic fundamentals resonate.
