I don't honestly know how I can help you meet someone in a city where people don't usually want to be met I'm still trying to figure that out myself , but I also don't think relying on a computer to match you up is the best way either.

Try something that you would normally never try, like, going out to a casual location bar, self seated restraunt, the park with your girlfriends.

Then find a group of boys that you think are cute and ask to share tables with them. Sounds a bit outlandish right? But the worst that could happen is that they say no and guys this can work for you too. If this makes you uncomfortable, then think of it as a good thing because you going outside your comfort zone.
