I've seen a few people saying they've had this issue of CS telling you there's 0 players online and it's updating matchmaking information. The most common fix is "restart your steam" but that's not working for me.

I have also verified the game cache. Not sure if this is relevant but I bought CoD AW and couldn't find any matchmaking games on that either.
